Reservations
To receive your special meeting rates, you can book online at www.hertz.com or to receive the above rates, your guests should call Hertz from within the U.S.: 1-800-654-2240, from within Canada: 1-800-263-0600, from within Toronto: 1-416-620-9620; or if calling from an International location, call your nearest Hertz reservation center or 1-405-749-4434, and reference Wedding CV#01PW0004.  Advance reservations are recommended, as cars are subject to availability.  At the time of reservation booking, these rates are automatically compared to Hertz published rates, assuring your guests are quoted the best comparable rate.

General Information
Hertz Wedding rates, with unlimited mileage, are guaranteed from one week prior through one week after the meeting dates and are subject to car availability.  Advance reservations are recommended; blackout dates may apply. Government surcharges, taxes, tax reimbursement, airport related fees, vehicle licensing fees and optional items, such as refueling or additional driver fees, are extra.  Minimum rental age is 25 (exceptions apply).  Standard rental conditions and qualifications apply.

Rental Period Restrictions/Intercity Policy
In the continental U.S., weekend rentals are available for pick-up between noon Thursday and noon Sunday and must be returned no later than Monday at 11:59 PM.  Weekend rentals have a minimum two-day keep and Thursday pick-up requires a minimum three-day keep.  Weekly rentals are from five to seven days.  Extra day rate for Weekly rentals will be charged at 1/4 of the Weekly Rate.  Daily/Weekend rate extra hour charges are 1/2 of the daily/weekend rate until they equal the daily or weekend rate.  Cars must be returned to the renting city.  Check with your Hertz representative for details and exceptions.
