GLENVIEW, Ill. -- Making their home in Chicago are David Williams and the former Giao Duong. They married at 2 p.m. Oct. 12 at Glenview Community Church. Hoa and Trien Duong of 4545 W. McGregor Road, South Bend, are parents of the bride, and Nina and Howel Williams of Dinas Cross, Wales, are parents of the groom. The bride graduated from Riley High School, South Bend, and the University of Notre Dame. She is employed by Allstate Insurance Co., Northbrook, Ill. The groom graduated from Llandovery College in Llandovery, Dyfed, Wales, and the University of Westminster, London. He is employed by B.P., Naperville, Ill.
